To register your properties and decide which professionals work with them. The owner confirms every important step, including any CPCV.

Terms: the essentials

  • IOMI is not an agency. It does not sell properties and does not charge commission on sales or rentals.
  • Registering and selling is free, whatever the number of properties. The IOMI Portfolio, for properties off the market, is paid and optional.
  • IOMI's check is documentary: it confirms that the documents were submitted, are legible and match the property. It is not a legal certification.
  • The IORI identifies the property on IOMI. It does not replace the land registry or the tax register.
  • The owner decides who has access, replies to offers and confirms or declines reservations.
  • Mass extraction of information and attempts to bypass access controls are not allowed.

Privacy

IOMI uses your data to manage the account, the properties and the operations you take part in, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data through the privacy contact.
